The Dream One is our second project. The Dream One is special by invitation allotment which enables the owners to live amidst a community of like minded residents, a community whose appreciation of good quality living gets accentuated by fine tastes and refined lifestyles.
This villas is located near Outer Ring Road in Gagillapur. This project was built in 5 acre land with 72 spacious villas. This villa is situated in the area which has excellent connectivity by way of outer ring road as well as already existing inner ring road. Giving it quick access to areas such as Nizampet & Miyapur. This Project was done under our Sister company ATKAY Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. in 2007.

This Project will be constructed across 5 Acres and is just 5 mins drive from the Hope farm junction. This is located in a secluded place where there is not much traffic and sound pollution. The main road directly leads into our project.
